Job description

A rapidly expanding company that offers the elderly with tailored medical care and collaborates with primary care professionals to deliver efficient care and promote healthy lifestyles is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for presenting big, innovative solutions and delivering results with urgency. The company's smart health monitoring devices enable users to drive lifestyle modifications to stay healthy at home. This role requires 4+ hours overlap with the EST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Influence and translate product requirements
  • Design, implement and maintain our latest features
  • Ensure end-to-end security while architecting/implementing features
  • Write scalable, testable code utilizing best practices
  • Write documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Perform DevOps and troubleshooting on AWS infrastructure
  • Work closely with product managers - translate requirements and designs into high-quality code
  • Optimize components for performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Prolific knowledge of React.js, Relay, and Typescript
  • Familiarity with Go, AWS, GraphQL, Lambda, and PostgreSQL
  • Solid understanding of the fundamental algorithms and data structures
  • Strong familiarity with at least one OOP language and one scripting language.
  • Familiarity with SQL and other relational databases
  • Prior experience contributing to open source or built projects from scratch
  • Strong ownership of the product built
  • Skilled with AWS services and serverless
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English
