Job description

A leading tech company that works with all ecosystem partners to improve health outcomes at a population level is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will join the software development team on React and React-Native and take responsibility for managing the end-to-end delivery operations of the product engineering team for all React development products. The company is building revolutionary products at the forefront of healthcare innovation driven by unique technology that includes a blend of mobility, AI, Deep Learning, Neural networks, and IoT. The developer will collaborate with the leadership team and work with other exceptional engineering teams on mobility (Android, iOS & React Native) and web technologies.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work primarily on coding the front-end and synchronizing requirements for assigned tasks
  • Take part in resolving issues and queries with the back-end team
  • Facilitate end-to-end, effective communication
  • Develop project plans and communicate with various stakeholders to align delivery timelines with overall business strategy
  • Create/contribute to detailed sprint plans and manage work allocation of self and development teams
  • Organize code reviews and feature audits to ensure the overall quality of tech assets
  • Assist in hiring the right team members for various projects on demand

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Experience in JavaScript, Typescript, ES6, or other modern technologies
  • Proficient with React, React-Native, Redux/Flux, HeadlessJS, and Ajax
  • Prolific skills working with JSON, and RESTful web services
  • Object-Oriented Programming expertise
  • Sound skills in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Responsive web apps, Git/, and GitHub
  • Understanding of various design patterns, including MVC, MVVM, etc.
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end development projects on Mobile & web technologies
  • Extensive experience working in a product company is an added advantage
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies and delivery frameworks
  • Exceptional coding skills with an ability to write unit/automation tests
