Job description

A fast-emerging company specializing in improving the marketplace for building materials is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join the growing team. The developer will work actively and iterate on the entire software stack to ship new features and fix bugs. The company has built different successful products under the leadership of industry luminaries. They have recently closed a seed round amounting to $2 mn in funding. This will be a great chance for developers to join an early-stage company and build amazing products. It is a full-time role requiring an overlap with PST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm with the team and come up with innovative solutions
  • Work closely with product and design stakeholders and communicate with customers 
  • Collectively define the product and help execute on the requirements
  • Communicate with customers and understand their needs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience 
  • Sound abilities to collaborate well cross-functionally, especially with designers and product managers 
  • Have good reception to receive critical feedback 
  • Expertise in developing back-end software using Go and PostgreSQL
  • Proficient with front-end software using React, Redux, and Typescript
  • Foundational skills with construction and building materials
