Job description

An emerging platform that enables writers to publish books and serial fiction directly to readers is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of turning ideas into designs and code. The platform is optimized for digital book reading and provides authors with a reliable source of income by allowing them to directly collect their payment of choice from readers. This is a great chance for developers to work with a team of talented industry veterans who have prior experience building game-changing solutions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and build solutions for future scaling 
  • Design, develop and implement new front-end and back-end features
  • Contribute full-fledgedly across cross-functional teams
  • Mentor junior members of the team in a flexible and empathetic manner 
  • Take operational responsibility and own components that are built

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • 2+ years of experience working with Node.js and Next.js
  • Nice to have 2+ years experience with React
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Prolific problem-solving and analytical skills
