Job description

One of the largest US-based companies helping nonprofits generate donations through daily debit and credit card transactions is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will take charge of the entire software development lifecycle. The venture-backed startup is expanding rapidly to serve thousands of nonprofits across several states and has so far distributed millions of dollars to charity. This will be a great chance for the selected candidate to contribute to continuous innovation, empower nonprofits, and transform the financial ecosystem in the nonprofit sector.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write tickets, maintain and manage sprints and deployments
  • Build and support products across the web, mobile, and integrated apps
  • Iterate and improve the product across various technical stacks
  • Deliver outstanding results through cross-team collaboration
  • Be strategic and collaborate on building the foundation of the product

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development
  • Strong analytics ability to measure product effectiveness
  • Keen attention to detail to understand user behavior, and work across the team to design and build features meeting the market demand
  • Ability to balance the needs of the product and the team throughout the development cycle
  • Be proactive in building systems that meet the current demands and plan for the future
