Job description

A US-based startup that helps businesses thrive by creating custom websites with simple marketing and management tools is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will join the engineering team and help shape the product and engineering culture as well as the company. Led by successful industry veterans, the company has raised up to $2 mn during the Seed funding round. This will be a full-time, long-term opportunity and a great chance for the selected candidate to work in a YC-backed organization. It requires a time overlap with EST.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve the web application
Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Work closely with engineering leaders, contributing strategically and playing a key role in the product development process
Build products and ideate on solutions that enable service businesses to grow their business online

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
Excellent problem-solving skills to address dynamic, complex problems
Extensive experience with React, Django, PostgreSQL, Heroku, and Node.js
Proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript is nice to have
Familiarity with database languages and architecture, cloud technologies, and server-side languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
