Job description

A fast-growing company providing a suite of accessible and impactful support tools designed to elevate collective impact is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will join the team and work with multiple technologies and languages to deliver highly performant software solutions using agile methodologies. The company has designed the platform to link individuals and organizations while assisting them to source and offer peer-based recovery support at any time, just with the touch of a button. This will be a nice opportunity for the selected candidate to contribute to the development of seamless engagement and real-time support with no downtime.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical execution and support ongoing development and maintenance activities when necessary 
  • Take ownership of product development tickets assigned from Technical and Engineering Leads
  • Collaborate with software teams on ideation of new software solutions 
  • Create front-end applications through remarkable visual design and standard practices 
  • Develop and maintain well-functioning databases and applications 
  • Write effective, secure APIs and technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software code as required 
  • Work with the data/analytics team to enhance software and facilitate analytics and reporting 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Core competency in front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries
  • Proficiency in Drupal, GCP Cloud SQL, PHP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and React
  • Capability to work cross-functionally, excel at communication and rapid response
  • Strong experience with application architecting and databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
  • Prolific skills in XML, JSON, jQuery, Python, React, Node.js, virtual machines and web servers, and general web development
