Job description

A US-based company on a mission to alter how users' identities are protected by giving them secure control over their personal data via a privacy-compliant network, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of Development and will help design, build, and scale the platform. The company helps users to improve security, user experience, privacy, and compliance quickly and efficiently. They have managed to raise more than $5 mn in funding so far. This will be a great chance for those looking to build scalable products while growing their careers.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Whiteboard, code, and discuss the technology with team members
  • Collaborate across multiple teams
  • Deliver solid code, including designing, implementing, and testing new features or capabilities
  • Understand and implement testing strategies
  • Work with new technologies and help build a transformative platform
  • Learn new technologies such as biometrics and blockchain

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience building and scaling web infrastructure and applications
  • Demonstrable experience with technologies like Typescript, Nodejs, Go, and VueJS
  • Prior experience deploying containerized solutions with Docker
  • Significant experience working within the AWS environment
  • Solid expertise in performing server-side configurations and helping with front-end work
  • Familiarity with industry-wide processes, patterns, and practices
  • Ability to deconstruct complex business requirements and think out of the box 
  • Experience working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity and change is desirable
  • Ability to deliver on time and a willingness to focus on the achievement of milestones
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
