Job description

A fast-growing company that is creating an all-in-one platform for employees to manage their banking/salary, equity, and benefits all in one platform, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of building some of the best tech companies and gain the upside of the company’s success. The company is rewarding employees with both equity and cash rather than only cash so that workers everywhere can benefit from helping build the companies. This will be a long-term, full-time role that requires 4+ hours overlap with the PST time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and manage front-end heavy work practices 
  • Build scalable codebases with an emphasis on performance 
  • Create and own new product features 
  • Enhance the overall user experience of the application 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Demonstrable skills working with Node.js, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL
  • Nice to have some experience with Blockchain Smart Contracts (Solidity), Side-chain (Polygon), and Alchemy
  • Strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end frameworks
  • Deep understanding of complex code bases and version control systems such as Git 
  • Work as a team player and develop unique ideas
  • Adept problem solver with an ability to pay attention to small details
