Job description

A US-based company that leverages the power of cognitive science to create best-in-class learning experiences is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be tasked with creating data products that deliver actionable insights and support evidence-based actions. The platform enables educational institutions to use data and AI to continuously improve students' performances. During their Pre-Seed round, the company managed to raise $100k+ in funding. Candidates who want to build great products and grow their careers rapidly are well-suited for this position.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with the server-side of the application
  • Focus on performance and scalability during software design and code construction
  • Build scalable, responsive, and well-documented stacks
  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end web architecture

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Extensive experience with AWS and related services like Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Cloudwatch, SNS, RDS, SQS
  • Experience in microservice-based architecture
  • Prior working experience with Java, Angular, JavaScript, React, Vue, and Svelte
  • Proficient in database technologies like PostgreSQL, DynamoDB/MongoDB, or RDBMS
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
