Job description

A US-based company that helps people to fight for their legal rights and reduce the gap between justice using technology, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will assist in testing and deploying new products and features. The company uses technology to bridge the gap between ordinary people and the legal system without hiring any lawyers or consultants. This role requires some overlap with the PST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, create, and maintain the structure and design of the application's web and mobile pages, keeping speed, scalability, and responsiveness in mind
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to ensure that new product features fulfill both business and technical goals
  • Design and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use to ensure consistency across the suite
  • Assist with designing, constructing, and maintaining fundamental back-end services and APIs
  • Participate in regular code reviews 
  • Stay attuned to current developments in the tech space

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • 3-5+ years of demonstrable work experience developing and testing web-based applications
  • Working experience with React, Javascript, CSS, or related frameworks
  • Proficient in building hybrid web and mobile applications, ensuring responsive and adaptive designs
  • Experience in object-oriented and database design, along with working with cross-functional teams
