Full-Stack Developer

A rapidly-growing company that measures and predicts cross and multi-channel campaign performance by leveraging the marketing simulation and forecasting platform, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be working closely with the lead engineers to design scalable solutions for the product at every level of the web stack. The company's advanced technology unifies key variables into proprietary algorithms and helps businesses to experience predictable growth. During their Pre-Seed round, the company managed to raise funding worth more than $1.5 mn. This will be a full-time, long-term role that requires some overlap with the EST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Practice and advocate software testing best practices to ensure a seamless user experience for customers
• Help convert designs and ideas into lovable products
• Interact with technical leaderships, understand their requirements, and execute 
• Upgrade existing products and features for a better user experience 
• Work on a wide range of systems and technologies to solve problems from end-to-end

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
• 3+ years of experience working with Typescript, Redux, Ruby on Rails, and React
• Nice to have some experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
• Experience in coding and scripting languages like Ruby
• Prior experience working with different types of persistent data stores
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team
• Nice to have prior experience collaborating with remote engineering teams
