Job description

A rapidly-growing company building an efficient political campaign management software is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be in charge of building and implementing quality processes and requirements that will help further the development of the platform’s services. The company's software offers campaign managers tools and features that help keep track of donations, voter, volunteer, and membership data for election planning, communications, and analysis. This will be a full-time, long-term position.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve reliability, quality, and scalability of the software solutions
  • Deliver clean, architecturally sound, and maintainable server-side code
  • Collaborate with the development and design team to provide great user experiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to rapidly build a world-class product
  • Lead and motivate the team to ship features effectively

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Extensive experience working with .NET, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Nice to have some familiarity with C# and SQL
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Skilled at multitasking and time management
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
