Job description

A fast-growing company that is revitalizing the education system by using technology to make lessons fun, interactive, and knowledgeable for students is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will own features and proactively suggest efficient solutions to scale the platform. The company provides a dedicated team of professionals who cater to each student's individual needs and sets up a personalized curriculum based on their preferences. This will be a long-term, full-time role that requires some overlap with the EST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end web architecture
  • Integrate with server-side logic and functionalities
  • Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade applications
  • Build scalable, responsive, and well-documented stacks

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Exceptional skills working with Java and Python
  • Nice to have some knowledge of PHP and related technologies
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
