Job description

An industry-leading marketing and advertising company transforming marketing strategies for financial professionals is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be responsible for designing and developing scalable software solutions that meet user's needs. The company focuses on delivering the best user experience through multiple marketing channels and has invested heavily in technology and processes to propel financial seminars. This is a nice opportunity for candidates who possess a strong desire to expand their programming skills and contribute beyond their past experiences in a rapidly growing software company. The role requires an overlap with the EST time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
  • Work with the project manager to meet specification needs
  • Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code
  • Create flowcharts and user guides for new and existing programs
  • Document all programming tasks and procedures
  • Perform routine software maintenance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant full-stack development experience 
  • Sound expertise in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields
  • Proficiency in Ruby/Ruby on Rails and ReactJS
  • Outstanding skills in relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
  • Experience working with CI/CD, unit testing, integration testing, and/or experience with AWS is desirable
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
