Job description

A fast-emerging startup focused on simplifying workforce management by designing automated solutions that reduce manual and time-consuming work processes is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will work on both the front-end and back-end sides of the application to improve and build the best workforce solutions. The platform aids support teams to pay more attention to customers by automating the manual processes, thereby enhancing business-customer relationships. This position will be a full-time role for candidates looking to work with a professional team of field experts and innovators to deliver meaningful solutions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow and implement industry best practices to scale the team forward
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team on building new features 
  • Develop, deploy and maintain scalable applications
  • Produce and release code and test cases using Agile practices
  • Advocate for performance excellence and standard methodologies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Must be experienced in React, Redux, Saga, Typescript, and PHP
  • Nice to have some experience in CSS and HTML
  • Proficiency with testing frameworks and methodologies
