Job description

A US-based company active in the finance space and offering diversified venture portfolios to individual investors is looking for a Full-stack Developer. The developer will be working with groundbreaking technologies and will be tasked with building new features and optimizing the existing ones on the platform. The company was built from the ground up to satisfy the needs of individual accredited investors, and it offers sensible, intuitive, and straightforward venture portfolios with cohesion. The company has managed to secure fundings worth $500K so far. This will be a full-time, long-term role requiring an overlap of 4+ hours with the EST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, secure, maintainable, testable, and modular codes 
  • Add new features and scale the existing services
  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end web architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Own and drive improvements to the products and infrastructure
  • Fix bugs and maintain the tech stack as problems arise 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack or back-end developer
  • Extensive knowledge of Node.js, React, and AWS
  • Skilled with full-stack and back-end development technologies 
  • Prior experience working on Enterprise projects is nice to have
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • A team player but capable of working independently
  • Great interpersonal and collaborative skills
