Job description

A business consulting and automation solutions company driving business transformations is looking to hire a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be helping the existing team to build large-scale applications through innovative solutions. The company offers business teams the technology, life cycle, and implementation skills needed to succeed in their automation journey. This will be a full-time role and requires 4+ hours of overlap with the EST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help the existing team to work on a product roadmap to implement new features and build projects
  • Write clean, high quality, and well-tested code
  • Constantly create and ship products at a fast pace
  • Provide suggestions to improve the infrastructure
  • Take ownership of tasks and push yourself to new heights
  • Help shape the product strategy and give significant inputs for the product development

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 4 - 5+ years of experience building products/platforms from scratch
  • Excellent Ruby on Rails and React skills
  • Strong knowledge of Azure is desirable
  • Must have an eye for good design, product design, and pixel perfection
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
