Job description

A growing e-commerce platform for food distributors is looking for a Full-stack Developer. The engineer will join the team in making a transformative impact on the food supply chain industry. The company is building digital tools that power foodservice wholesalers with a team of experienced individuals from Uber Eats, Google, WeWork, etc. This is a great chance for the selected candidate to join an early-stage start-up and contribute to shaping the work at a fundamental level.

Job Responsibilities:

Write amazing code at the ground floor of a quickly growing startup
Make decisions on the evolution of the technical architecture
Create the standard for good code and help to mentor other new hires
Work closely with product, design, and ops teams to quickly expand the product offering
Get to know the restaurants and suppliers first hand and contribute to shaping the direction of the company

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience building high quality, scalable software
Proficiency with web development and frameworks like React, React Native, or Next.js
Experience with mobile app development is a plus
Experience with one or more languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
Ability to break down and solve complex business requirements, adapt and learn quickly
