Job description

A rapidly growing organization that is set to revolutionize the agricultural sector through the development of a tailored large-scale e-commerce application, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will primarily be involved in crafting an intuitive application that's easy to navigate, even for users who are not tech-savvy, embedding a seamless e-commerce buying flow and integrating a range of payment options including facilitating government loans. The company’s platform is targeted at fertilizer dealers and provides an interface for accessing a wide range of products that farmers buy seasonally, streamlining the buying process and facilitating loans offered by the government. This will be a long-term, full-time position.

Job Responsibilities:

Take part in sprint meetings to establish sprint objectives and execute designated features and functionalities within the application
Use clear, scalable, reusable, and efficient code to improve user experience
Investigate problems and defects, offer a prompt resolution, and adhere to a rigorous quality assurance process
Update, rewrite, and reorganize current code to alter functionality or boost efficiency

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer, notably in senior positions
5+ years of experience working with React and deploying Android applications
Demonstrated experience in developing for the fintech industry
Prior experience developing or working on large-scale e-commerce platforms or fintech platforms, ideally in India
Proven ability to work on complex tasks independently and effectively manage a team
Prior experience or knowledge working in the e-commerce sector with related technologies
Solid understanding of data storage solutions for large-scale applications and how to interact with these databases
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
