Job description

A U.S.-based company that is buying complete talent teams and IT resources from MNCs, MSPs, and data center operators, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be collaborating with relevant stakeholders for requirements, design discussions, and adoption of new features. The company is integrating teams, people, knowledge, and processes to incorporate new complex acquisitions into a single, unified organization that is completely focused on acquisition-led growth. This role requires at least 6+ hours of overlap with the EST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot and upgrade the application
  • Create modules and understand MLP while doing monotonous work repeatedly for over 6 hours per day
  • Know the framework and design as you go
  • Build new products and contribute to some architectural design aspect
  • Display leadership qualities with an ability to take ownership of technical projects and processes
  • Monitor and use computers and testing equipment for a good chunk of the day
  • Work with a complex set of algorithms and Nest data queries 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Demonstrable experience working with Java, Python, and MongoDB
  • Knowledge of Java, C++, Python, CSS, and HTML
  • Demonstrable experience with ML using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Caffe/Caffe2, or similar deep learning frameworks
  • Prolific development experience working with MongoDB, GIT, and relationships in AI/ML between front-end/back-end datasets and connections
  • Strong Algorithm development and management experience
  • Hands-on experience working with Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow or Keras/TensorFlow and/or Keras API experience
  • Solid knowledge of traditional ML techniques, including Bagging and Boasting, Linear and Logistic Regression, SVM, Kernel Methods, Decision Trees, etc.
  • Strong talents in analysis, development, and debugging
  • Proactive curiosity and interest in trends in ML and data science
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of the machine learning techniques employed by ONNX, TF, PyTorch, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of NLP, unsupervised and supervised learning, labeling, and dataset development
  • Prior working knowledge of the open-source Django or Flask frameworks
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of the model architectures for diverse object classification, object detection, recommender systems, natural language processing (NLP), text and voice processing, and 3D models
  • Extensive knowledge of the performance and accuracy metrics for the many kinds of neural networks
  • Nice to have a degree in Machine Learning/AI, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline preferred
  • Strong talents in analysis, development, and debugging
  • Proactive curiosity and interest in trends in ML and data science
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
