Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is developing innovative HRIS services and products that cater to the gig economy, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be working on the full-product development for the platform. The company's AI-powered cutting-edge platform makes it possible for businesses to plan, coordinate, and pay their on-demand staff. During their Seed round, the company has managed to secure more than $495K in funding. This position requires a significant overlap with the EST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Navigate and update the company’s website as well as their task management software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design efficient and effective solutions
  • To ensure code quality, write and maintain unit and integration tests
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our development process and tools

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Extensive experience working with PHP, Angular, and MySQL
  • Demonstrable ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to tackle complex issues without being micromanaged
  • Excellent conversational and written English communication skills
