Job description

A rapidly growing, early-stage startup that is committed to building a data-driven career-focused platform, is looking to hire a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision to build responsive applications and dynamic features for the platform. The company is disrupting the employment space by providing essential resume-building services and connecting employers and employees with cutting-edge job-sourcing technology. This is an ideal position for high-performing, ownership-driven developers who want to contribute heavily to the company vision, product build, and team culture.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with the company codebase
  • Suggest new front-end related features and/or support their addition
  • Understand company vision and user feedback and contribute to project roadmaps
  • Connect with leadership and understand requirements for quick implementation
  • Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Developer
  • Experience with/knowledge of AWS, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, SQS, SNS, Eventbridge, and S3
  • Thorough understanding of Node, JavaScript, NextJS, React, and Redux
  • Prolific experience working with Material UI, TypeScript, and Prisma
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, Apollo, Stripe, Redshift, AWS Data Lake, and Redis
  • Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of Elasticache, Vercel, and GitHub
  • Great English communication skills, both verbal and written
