Job description

A fast-growing company that is on a mission to develop a trusted Salesforce ecosystem is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be working with a sizable, potent, and adaptable JavaScript codebase that runs almost exclusively in the browser. Salesforce administrators and users can generate documents and emails, among other things, using the company's products. This position requires a significant overlap with the PST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on features and infrastructure that have significant effects on charitable organizations and other clients 
  • The entire software development lifecycle, from design to development to deployment, should be owned
  • Develop and create new strong, functional features in end-to-end: from specifying client needs through creating, testing, and deploying
  • Work autonomously while updating others on your progress and coordinating with other teams and departments
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, find solutions to issues, and develop new features
  • Work together to develop the company's many divisions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Prior experience working with large existing codebases, preferably for Enterprise companies
  • Ability to communicate impeccably for customer-facing features
  • Solid foundation in the principles of computer science, such as databases and object-oriented design
  • Must be self-reliant, self-sufficient, and driven.
  • Understanding of JavaScript, browser performance, and rendering characteristics
  • Exceptional experience working with HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of extensive legacy codebases
  • Working knowledge of Git and the command line
  • Some Salesforce, Docker, and/or Node.js knowledge is preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills
