Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is helping users to fund their commercial real estate deals is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of building new features while working alongside the Head of Design and React UI developers. The company's platform combines technology and skilled capital markets professionals to create a complete deal package and connects users with the best funding sources. This will be a long-term position requiring significant overlap with the CST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of planning and structuring Mongo database tables for new features
  • Work with GraphQL to build internal APIs
  • Manage data through the Apollo library
  • Handle React logic and data (mostly non-UI work)
  • Monitor errors and uptime through Sentry, Render.com, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Prolific experience working with TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB or other relational databases
  • Extensive experience working with GraphQL and Apollo or other graph data management layers
  • Demonstrable experience with React, AWS, Git, and GitHub
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
