Job description

A leading end-to-end technology platform that is on a mission to solve key issues that challenge the advertising industry is looking for a Full-Stack Data Engineer. The selected candidate will be helping the team of talented professionals to meet set goals and build innovative solutions. The US-based company is tapping into the power of technology to revolutionize the existing digital marketplace and is leading the programmatic evolution of the industry. This role requires 4-5+ hours of overlap with the EST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with engineering and product teams to innovate and implement new features on company’s platforms
  • Drive complex features from start to end with minimal direction
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to minimize dependencies and mitigate blockers
  • Ability to articulate intelligent trade-offs between engineering solutions to business problems
  • Work with the team for adopting new technologies to engineering best practices
  • Mentor junior members of the team via code reviews and pair programming

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Extensive experience in Python, SQL, AWS, and API Development (Flask or Node)
  • Nice to have experience in Docker or Kubernetes, Druid, and Kafka
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
