Job description

A U.S.-based company that is facilitating the quick accessibility of high-quality mental health services is looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, reviewing, and testing the application. Delivering fully customized mental health care services is made possible by the company's data-driven scientific solutions and a network of therapists. The company has secured funding worth $5.5 mn+ during their Seed round. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate products to develop new and iterative features
  • Examine and fix bugs and consumer issues
  • Assist with project scoping, estimating, planning, and structuring of roadmaps 
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams throughout the company

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer 
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in modern frontend technologies, including React/React Native 
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in modern back-end technologies, such as Node.js 
  • At least 5+ years of experience in modern programming languages, like TypeScript 
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Database Management Systems - RDBMS preferred 
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Cloud and DevOps
  • A minimum of 1 pre-seed or seed-stage start-up experience
  • Must have the ability to communicate core technical concepts fluently
  • Fluent written and oral English communication skills
