Job description

A rapidly-growing company using the power of advanced technology to provide active cyber security protection against the most common threats is looking for a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer. The developer will be building on systems that can benefit from automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code. The emerging company is on a mission to make businesses more secure by using technology to actively reduce risk. This will be a full-time position that can lead to long-term growth opportunities for the developer. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with several teams to ensure high application productivity, stability, and scalability
  • Create metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product quality and engineering efficiency
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, as well as source code control management
  • In phased releases, assist with architectural/code review and validation, code deployment, and other tasks
  • Make technical recommendations for possible projects that will have a significant impact

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience working as a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer
  • 3+ years of expertise with GitLab and bitbucket CI/CD automation infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance
  • AWS Cloud Platform and Heroku experience
  • Knowledge of current infrastructure procedures and tools, as well as production experience with them
  • Make judgments about tools and technologies that are closely aligned with the requirements
  • A firm believer in iterative and automatable design engineering
