Job description

A high-value platform for brands and media companies to discover and hire the world's most talented video creators is looking for a Full-Stack, Front-End Web Developer. The developer will work with a small, highly experienced engineering team building a product used worldwide by many of the top and upcoming names in the media and marketing industry. The innovative platform offers the ability to source incredible talent and manage projects, crews, and documents in one central location. The candidate should have a good eye for responsive web design and implementing pixel-perfect single-page applications. This will be a long-term opportunity.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build features, improve and maintain the application code
  • Enhance the architecture and develop supporting tools
  • Develop and support features like intelligent content feeds and user profiles
  • Deliver highly performant solutions focused on visual media

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant JavaScript-based web development experience 
  • Excellent programming knowledge in data structures, functional programming, and OOP
  • Proficient with at least one modern JavaScript framework (Ember, React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
  • Experienced in principles in responsive web design
  • Conversant with both front-end and back-end technologies
  • Familiar with web application and modern CSS concepts and solutions
  • Competent in Linux and Git
  • Nice to have experience in PHP, MySQL, and AWS
