Job description

A US-based company that is helping individuals across teams to enhance their digital capabilities through contextual experiences, is looking for a Full-stack Engineer. The developer will own and be responsible for all of the team's collaboratively designed, created, and supported end-to-end product/business components. The company is building products and tools that will help users enhance their proficiency and productivity across a variety of applications. During their Series D round of funding, the company managed to raise more than $135mn.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define, maintain, and improve architecture blueprints 
  • Take complete technical ownership of high-level design, tech stack, and non-functional attributes of one or more components of various platforms
  • Design, build, test and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale, impacting millions of customers worldwide
  • Design for performance, scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability
  • Work collaboratively with the team's other architects to ensure the product’s and platform’s architectural coherence and technical quality
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create high-quality, scalable products and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve all technical issues
  • Drive some of the company-wide tech initiatives striving towards continuous technical excellence
  • Actively participate in technical innovations, external presentations, technical publications, etc.
  • Identify open source tools to deliver product features by performing research, POC/Pilot, and/or interacting with various open-source forums
  • Deploy and monitor products on Cloud platforms

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS
  • Extensive experience in Core Java and REST
  • Prior experience analyzing functional and non-functional requirements with effort estimation and deployment strategies
  • Hands-on in architecting and developing experience with large scale applications
  • Excellent debugging skills
  • Great collaboration and communication skills
