The developer will be tasked with identifying technical debt and making futuristic recommendations for reduction. The company operates as the industry leader in item haul-away, junk removal, reverse logistics returns, white-glove item assembly, and other services. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who are eager to showcase their skills while rubbing shoulders with professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

Build, design, and SEO optimize WordPress websites with a scalable user experience, increased conversion rates, and speed
Assist in updating and maintaining the website and blogs
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for the products
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels, including landing pages

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
Extensive experience in WordPress development
Proficient in WordPress, SEO content writing & design
Demonstrable experience in Analytics/Ads integration, formatting & implementation
Prior experience with 3rd party Integrations & setup (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Prolific experience with CSS/HTML/PHP/JavaScript
Adobe suite and graphic design experience
Fluent in verbal and written English
