Job Responsibilities


  • Lead the development and maintenance of robust back-end systems using AWS, Go, and MongoDB, leveraging extensive experience and advanced skills
  • Conduct thorough debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of multiple applications to ensure optimal performance, applying deep expertise to deliver top-notch results
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions, providing mentorship and guidance to foster team growth
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and actively incorporate them into operations where applicable, contributing insights to keep the team at the forefront
  • Enhance the efficiency, speed, and scalability of applications, applying advanced knowledge to optimize processes

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of overall experience in the field, showcasing a consistent record of successful projects and leadership
  • Hands-on experience of at least 1+ years with AWS, 1+ years with Go, and 1+ years with MongoDB, demonstrating advanced proficiency in these technologies
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining robust back-end systems, supported by a comprehensive portfolio of successful projects
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, effectively applying these practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
