Job description

An NYSE-listed company that has been successfully reshaping the technology landscape with their innovative range of products and services, is looking for a Test Engineer. The engineer will be assisting all team members, including manual testers, in acquiring automation capabilities. The company is manufacturing and distributing state-of-the-art computer hardware and software products to a globally distributed customer base. This will be a long-term position requiring 8+ hours of overlap with the IST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

Mentor less experienced employees and instruct them on the highest industry standards
To satisfy test objectives, evaluate tool capabilities, hardware, and software requirements
Investigate and resolve technical issues brought on by new or evolving technologies and toolkits
Encourage the creation of fresh ideas, methods, and standards while researching new goods and business practices

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Test Engineer
Prolific experience working with C# and Selenium for Test Automation
In-depth knowledge of databases like Oracle or MongoDB
Prior end-to-end Testing experience
Excellent ability to execute successful test strategies
Demonstrable experience with test management tools like JIRA or TFS
Nice to have some understanding of DevOps concepts
Strong knowledge of the Retail or Supply Chain domain is desirable
Fluent in spoken and written English communication
