Job description

A NASDAQ-listed electrical vehicle manufacturing company that is set to revolutionize the transportation industry with their efficient technology is looking for a Team Lead. The selected candidate will be working with a talented team that takes care of internal web-based applications. The US-based company is helping fleets to electrify at scale with a common goal of building a sustainable environment for future generations. They have managed to raise more than $10.5bn in funding so far. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide impactful ideas and solutions for architectural decision making
  • Cater to internal stakeholders and build the required applications
  • Evaluate the requirements, build wireframes/mockups, validate with internal stakeholders
  • Deploy the product or application once the requirements have been finalized
  • Lead requirements gathering and finalization with internal stakeholders
  • Provide domain expertise and technical leadership across value streams
  • Work with stakeholders and navigate internal networks to build a consensus
  • Help with hiring the team and provide team leadership

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of experience working as a software engineer
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of developers
  • Prolific experience developing web applications and cloud deployment
  • Experience in microservices development and deployment
  • Extensive experience with Python, Angular, JavaScript, and AWS
  • Demonstrable experience building software, including quick prototypes
  • Ability to create technical software requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
