Job description

A U.S-based company developing an ecosystem that programmatically enhances the buying, selling, and management of digital media, is looking for a Support Engineer. The selected candidate will be serving as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. The company has also developed core infrastructure software for media owner networks in order to ensure their stability and ability to operate programmatic ads as well as provide distinctive consumer experiences. This will be a long-term, full-time role that requires some overlap with the EST time zone. The company has managed to raise close to $3 mn in funding.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cases of customer support should be evaluated and prioritized
  • Serve as the principal point of contact between the company and its consumers
  • Communicate with consumers and address their concerns 
  • Keep track of and manage your work record

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Node.js
  • Knowledge of Golang is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
