Job description

A US-based company that connects businesses with skilled workers to increase fulfillment, reduce turnover, and improve quality, is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for helping the existing team establish their cloud DevOps. The company's intuitive end-to-end technology platform utilizes advanced technologies to empower businesses. They have managed to raise more than $100 mn in funding during their Series B round. This role requires some overlap with the EST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

Review, evaluate and amend the current setup
Build effective and elegant dashboards
Define DevOps, infrastructure, and the security roadmap for the coming financial year
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet targets

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
Prolific experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and MongoDB
Nice to have some familiarity with Node.js, Redis, GCP, and Web Sockets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Capable of prioritizing multiple projects to meet goals
