Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in accelerating their business transformation with robust, secure, and simple solutions
  • Deliver innovation with exciting functionality and features using the latest technologies to impact the company’s business growth 
  • Work in the Service Management Team to reinvent how modern IT, dev, and ops teams deal with asset and workload management at scale with the mission of MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution) 
  • Ensure a highly resilient and available system 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, data scientists, and product managers to strategize solutions that leverage deep learning and statistical technologies
  • Create and execute as per strategic product roadmaps, and work on architecture design to scale these solutions across the global customer base
  • Assist in architecting applications and microservices on a cloud-native architecture
  • Work cross-product and cross-functionally to perform critical improvements to the company’s platform and services
  • Lead tech efforts across every phase of the software development cycle - from initial design phases to support and customers
  • Assist in shaping the engineering practices via a vast approach to engineering quality (thoughtful and consistent patterns, unit and integration testing, improved observability, etc.) 
  • Use services and APIs that allow extensibility to develop for developers 
  • Participation in innovation time to develop features for the company’s customers and tools for its engineering teams

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a staff full-stack engineer
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and be ready, accountable, collaborative, and empathetic
  • Adept at developing pragmatic solutions on mature platforms 
  • A desire to develop modern-day cloud-native applications architected for reliability, high scale, performance, and security
  • Expertise in architecting and creating cloud-native applications/services at scale, based on event-driven architectures and microservices
  • Understanding of NoSQL, distributed, and relational databases 
  • Experienced in one or more platforms like Azure, AWS, VMWare, GCP, and/or Kubernetes 
  • Demonstrated acumen in DevOps with a firm operational excellence mindset
  • Prolific experience working with JavaScript/React/RoR
  • Written and spoken English fluency
