Job description

A fast-growing company that is creating engaging user experiences and helping clients to leverage the power of mobile technology, is looking for a Senior Mobile React Engineer. The engineer will work closely with the technical team to add new features and create an excellent user experience for the platform and app. The company is developing an innovative social network application for real estate that will allow users to examine stunning homes through short videos. This is a great opportunity for developers who are eager to create meaningful impact and achieve set goals.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and improving new and existing solutions in JavaScript (React Native, React)
  • Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect front-end applications 
  • Contribute to the architecture of solutions 
  • Benchmark and optimize code 
  • Capability to support existing systems, fix bugs, and roll out long-term solutions 
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the development and support process 
  • Closely collaborate with developers and stakeholders 
  • Partially participating in the Open Source Software movement
  • Keep a high standard of coding, and documentation, write automated tests and engage in code review
  • Participate in sprint planning
  • Coach and mentor other developers
  • Use your technical expertise to recommend the best method to execute projects

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-4+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • 3-4+ years of experience working with React Native
  • Extensive experience with TypeScript, SCSS, and Tailwind
  • Solid experience working with an agile development environment
  • Familiar with native iOS and Android development
  • Prior video experience with mobile apps is desirable
  • Experience in bridging native Android and iOS back to React Native project
  • Passion for clean code as well as clear and effective communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication
