Job description

A fast-growing company empowering millions of users to find new destinations while also saving money by forecasting future airline and accommodation prices is looking for a Senior Mobile iOS Engineer. The engineer will be working on mission-critical projects and applications while juggling constantly changing requirements. The company's innovative technology enables users to shortlist and book flights, hotels, and rent budget-friendly cars. So far, the company has successfully secured more than $600mn in funding. This position requires at least 6-8 hours of overlap with the PST time zone. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prototype new ideas quickly and run experiments to identify features that users will enjoy
  • Create delightful user experiences in the iOS app
  • Contribute to the evolution of the mobile architecture in order to consistently improve development efficiency
  • Take responsibility for the team's technical direction and the product's strategic direction

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an iOS engineer
  • Must have experience with iOS, Swift, and Native app
  • Nice to have experience in API integrations
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication skills in English
  • Be willing and eager to investigate and answer complex questions based on data
