Job description

A NASDAQ-listed company developing effective and environment-friendly electric vehicle solutions is looking for a Senior Jira/Confluence Administrator. The selected candidate will be working with a wide range of systems and technologies to solve problems from end to end. The company is on a mission to offset the carbon footprint through innovative technology and efficient solutions. They have managed to successfully raise more than $10.5bn in funding so far.

Job Responsibilities:

Support and maintain the company’s Jira and Confluence account and enforce best practices and standards
Be a technical expert on tool usage, standard methodologies, and implementation
Document product solutions that align with the company’s goals
Identify performance bottlenecks and gaps between current and desired end states
Work with the team to ensure consistent performance
Troubleshoot and fix technical issues
Assist in the delivery management processes and enforcement
Provide scheduled and ad-hoc demos and trainings of all Atlassian Tools
Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams and relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
A minimum of 5+ years of experience with hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and others) and supporting 3rd party add-ons (Structure, Insight, Zephyr, etc.)
Solid experience in enabling enterprise-level processes using Jira and Confluence
Experience with configuring and supporting integration using development tools on Jira
Experience managing reports on Jira and supported reporting applications
Comprehensive understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks
Technical understanding of common networking terms and tools
In-depth understanding of the business processes that are supported by Jira and Confluence
Prior experience working in a dynamic and agile environment
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables within stipulated deadlines through effective time-management and planning
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken
Strong facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude
Solid work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
Ability to take care of multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
