Job description

A US-based company that is leveraging mobile technology to create responsive workplaces that improve employee experience across global real estate portfolios is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of enhancing the company’s enterprise platform by utilizing the power of advanced technology. The company provides enterprise-grade technology to businesses that drive efficiency and unsurpassed satisfaction with employee requests on a daily basis. Job Responsibilities:

  • Setup new operational systems and infrastructure as and when needed
  • Establish new continuous integration/continuous systems
  • Develop and maintain automated release systems
  • Set up and integrate new alerting systems
  • Stay abreast and research new technologies and tooling
  • Write automation scripts and tools

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years of web experience using Amazon Web Services, EC2, S3, SQS, and SNS
  • At least 5+ years of web experience in DevOps
  • Prior experience building CI/CD pipeline for Web, iOS, Android, and/or SDKs
  • Demonstrable experience with building CI/CD solutions using tools such as Jenkins or TravisCI
  • At least 3+ years experience with Terraform or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3+ years experience with Nginx
  • Nice to have some experience with Docker
  • Experience with Python is a plus
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
