Job description

An FRA-listed company that is revolutionizing the transportation industry with their innovative electric fleet of vehicles is looking for a Senior Atlassian Administrator. The selected candidate will be assisting and keeping up with the organization's Confluence and Jira systems. The company's automotive technology advances the transition to sustainable mobility by developing and distributing eco-friendly goods and services. The company has managed to secure more than $13.2bn in funding so far. 

 

Job Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a technical specialist for the Jira and Confluence programs and uphold industry standards and best practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the business processes covered by Confluence and Jira
  • Lead by example when it comes to the application of standard procedures, tool usage, and documentation of technical solutions that support business goals
  • Determine and convey any differences between the existing and intended end states
  • Collaborate with users to guarantee reliable performance
  • Provide dependable assistance and a point of contact for technical problems
  • Help with the processes of delivery management and enforcement
  • Give all Atlassian Tool demonstrations and trainings on a scheduled and on-demand basis
  • Interact and work together with both internal and external teams


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as an Atlassian Administrator 
  • Extensive experience working with JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence, etc. 
  • Prolific experience administering Atlassian products
  • 5+ years of experience supporting third-party add-ons (Structure, Insight, Zephyr, etc.)
  • Showcase process-focused thinking
  • Good background in leveraging Jira and Confluence to enable enterprise-level procedures
  • Proven ability to configure and maintain integration utilizing JIRA's development tools
  • Prior expertise in supporting reporting systems and maintaining JIRA reports
  • Comprehensive conceptual and practical knowledge of Agile Frameworks, ITIL, and SDLC
  • Strong technical grasp of standard networking terminology and equipment
  • Experience in a dynamic, agile workplace in the past 
  • Ability to function freely in an environment that is changing quickly with little direction
  • Efficiently manage several clients and projects at once through planning and time management
  • Exhibit effective interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Excellent executive presence, facilitation abilities, results-oriented mindset, Meticulous attention to detail, and cooperative spirit
  • Strong work ethic and the capacity to collaborate across time zones with a variety of teams
  • Strong capacity for multitasking and priority adaptation
  • Fluent in conversational and written English
