Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is developing world-class asset management and investment services by leveraging next-gen technologies, is looking for a Product Management. The selected candidate will be in charge of utilizing design thinking to determine the insights and personalization requirements of the external clients. The company is developing an innovative trading platform to help make the investment journey for traders an efficient and smooth experience. Job Responsibilities:

  • Determine the internal stakeholders' insights and personalization requirements, then transform them into product features
  • Create wireframes and specifications, present them to key stakeholders for approval, and explain the scope and nature of the work to be done
  • Utilize analysis, user input, research, and direct customer observation to determine how insights might enhance user experience
  • Be responsible for successful project delivery in accordance with the project's objectives, scope, and timetable by cooperating with QA successfully.
  • Help with requirement management throughout the project lifecycle, including tracking issues and defects
  • Define essential metrics to assess the success or failure of a platform and a feature.
  • Participate actively in determining and reducing risk throughout the project
  • Utilize product prioritizing approaches to make sure that the requirements from multiple stakeholders are efficiently prioritized with input from the engineering team, customers, and stakeholders
  • Prioritize requirements, serve as a subject matter expert, control the product backlog, and organize forthcoming sprints to assist product development
  • Align the objectives of the development teams with those of the internal technology stakeholders to enable efficient execution
  • Must possess a strong analytical mindset, a history of generating data-driven decisions, and business acumen specific to the platform
  • Ensure that the thought process is organized and focused on the details.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager
  • Extensive knowledge of developing technology features and/or products for a brokerage company
  • Ability to structure ideas and communicate them succinctly
  • In-depth knowledge of trading products, CFDs, and financial markets
  • Prior experience taking ownership of and carrying out across the full product lifecycle and the end-to-end customer experience
  • Zeal for developing new methods and questioning the established quo
  • Experience with Agile development on products with a bi-weekly delivery cycle demonstrated
  • Must have great knowledge of client needs and wants, interpersonal and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to prioritize features
  • Experience creating hypotheses, getting feedback, and, if necessary, A/B testing them
  • Must have extensive FinTech experience
  • Must have some trading platform/product experience
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in technology, data, business, marketing, compliance, trading, and operations
  • Effectively communicate with all parties involved and take control with enthusiasm
  • Fluent in written and spoken English communication
