Job description

A rapidly-growing non-profit organization that is on a mission to have a positive impact on the current environmental and social change movements, is looking for a Mobile Developer. The developer will be in charge of leading the entire web application development life cycle. The platform hosts frequent activities and events to educate and empower others, promote awareness about important social, environmental, and economic challenges, and engage in conversation and dialogue about important subjects. This will be a full-time position requiring some overlap with the GMT-4 time zone. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand mobile application performance and possess the ability to collaborate on mitigation techniques
  • Comprehend technical requirements and decompose them into work tasks
  • Analyze problems and implement solutions that balance usability, performance, scalability, and reliability 
  • Collaborate with a variety of staff disciplines such as account, product, analytics, and QA teams

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a mobile developer 
  • Extensive experience in Swift, React Native, and PHP
  • Demonstrable experience working with Java for Android Development
  • Nice-to-have experience in Flutter, Dart, and Laravel
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
