Job description

A US-based company committed to providing healthy, ethical, and sustainable food for everyone worldwide is looking for a Mobile Developer. The developer will be in charge of designing and building mobile applications that meet the product requirements. The platform collaborates with several top food revolutionary leaders and shares insights that have inspired hundreds of millions of people. This will be a full-time role that requires some overlap with the PST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain an advanced mobile application for the company’s platform
  • Write & perform unit/integration tests to ensure robustness, usability, and reliability of the mobile applications
  • Maintain and improve existing features
  • Write well-tested clean code that is robust, scalable, and well-defined
  • Diagnose and fix application bottlenecks to improve performance 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a mobile developer
  • Extensive experience working with Node.js, React Native, and MySQL
  • Nice to have some familiarity with SCSS, HTML5, and Git
  • Experience working independently as well as being part of a team
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
