Lead ML Engineer

The engineer will be in charge of leading a group of developers while working on machine learning solutions. The company uses advanced generative AI algorithms to create content, like music, from little to nothing. Job Responsibilities:

• Modern AI models should be researched, developed, prototyped, and improved.
• Collaborate closely and at eye level with our co-founders and other members of the software engineering and machine learning teams
• Independently oversee and advance initiatives in line with the objectives of the company
• Make massive, effective, and automated machine learning and data processing pipelines
• Participate in the creation and upkeep of our scalable ML back-end
• Describe and quantify the findings from your investigation for the engineering team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or other highly numerical disciplines (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience working with Python and ML-related libraries 
• 5+ years of experience working with deep learning frameworks
• Strong understanding of machine learning, algorithms, linear algebra, data structures, and software engineering
• Previously successful production deployment of machine learning models
• Extensive knowledge of DSP (Digital Signal Processing) and ML for audio processing and production
• Thorough familiarity with MLOps procedures
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
