Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is creating sophisticated artwork for clients around the world is looking for a Lead ML Engineer. The engineer will be leading a group of ML engineers while ensuring that assigned tasks are executed efficiently. The company is leveraging the power of modern AI technology to provide state-of-the-art illustrations, models, and artwork. This is a nice opportunity for developers to showcase their talent while working in an agile, fast-paced environment. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Modern AI models should be researched, developed, prototyped, and improved
  • Collaborate closely and at eye level with our co-founders and other members of the software engineering and machine learning teams
  • Independently oversee and advance initiatives in accordance with the business's strategy
  • Make massive, effective, and automated machine learning and data processing pipelines
  • Take part in the creation and upkeep of the scalable ML back-end
  • Provide the engineering team with the research findings in a presentation and quantitative format

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Machine Learning engineer
  • 5+ years of experience working with Python, Deep Learning frameworks, and ML-related libraries
  • Demonstrable experience working with Opensource, and text-to-audio applications
  • Solid understanding of machine learning, algorithms, linear algebra, data structures, and software engineering
  • Prior experience successfully deploying machine learning models into production
  • Extensive experience working with ML for audio processing and generation and DSP (Digital Signal Processing)
  • In-depth knowledge and experience working with MLOps practices
  • Excellent English communication skills, in both conversational and written
