Job description

A U.S.-based company that is on a mission to provide consumers with cutting-edge technology that will enable them to stay up with the ever-changing acoustic environment, is looking for a GCP Vertex AI Architect. The selected candidate will be responsible for writing and testing application code while also solving difficult challenges through automation deployment and testing. The company also provides real-time operating system software, middleware, development tools, and consulting services for a variety of applications, including automotive, industrial control and automation, medical, networking and telecommunications, and security and defense.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with the teams in charge of data engineering and software development to make sure that data processing and analytics systems are deployed and run in an effective and efficient manner
Develop, install, and maintain scalable and dependable infrastructure on GCP for workloads involving data engineering and analytics
Develop effective data pipelines by working with software developers and data engineers
Automate and enhance the deployment and setting up of data

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software architect
Extensive experience working with Google Cloud Platform and Machine Learning
Prolific knowledge of Vertex AI model deployment
Comprehensive understanding of model management and monitoring
In-depth knowledge of Vertex Pipelines for automation
Demonstrable experience working with batch and online model serving
Prolific experience with testing and governance issues
Good infrastructure building and maintenance skills on the GCP for data engineering pipelines
Thorough knowledge of GCP services and how to use them for analytics and data engineering, including Big Query and Vertex AI
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
