Job description

A U.S.-based company that uses cutting-edge audience location monitoring, analytics, and market research innovation to fuel a smarter OOH market is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and distributing new production and staging releases. The company establishes and oversees methods for the gathering, recording, authentication, and verification of traffic and other data linked to audience location assessment. This will be a long-term, full-time role that requires some overlap with the EDT time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Control the measuring platform's AWS infrastructure, including its automated administration and planning, upkeep, and monitoring
  • Build and maintain CI/CD tools
  • Create and deploy fresh production and staging releases
  • Drive CI/CD process automation across several tech stacks and cloud providers
  • Upgrade current infrastructure with automation and redundancy
  • Leading the investigation of system and performance issues in prod, QA, and development environments
  • Manage and regulate the cost of database processing (Snowflake) and computing (AWS)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps engineer
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloudwatch
  • Familiarity with Apigee
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Experience in Jenkins
  • Knowledge of Snowflake and Python is a plus
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Amazon RDS is nice to have
  • Proficiency in English
