Job description

A U.S.-based company that has developed a platform that assists its clients in transforming data into quantifiable outcomes for their phone teams is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating scalable, well-documented stacks. The company collaborates with some of the most prominent firms in financial services, consumer loans, insurance, education, travel, and hospitality. This position requires an overlap with the PST time zone. The company has managed to raise more than $11 mn in funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Automate the software builds and release configurations 
  • Design and build scalable, well-documented stacks 
  • Troubleshoot errors and fix bugs in the software using a holistic, test-oriented approach  
  • Fix bugs and troubleshoot errors 
  • Look for failures and facilitate quick resolutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Knowledge of AWS DevOps and Typescript
  • Knowledge of Terraform
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline
  • Familiarity with AWS Lambda is nice to have
  • Proficiency in English
